Hugs and Kisses for Cancer
Parents, please help us raise money for Relay for Life by sending your child a Candy-Gram on Valentines Day. Candy-Grams will be filled with Hershey Kisses. The Cost is $1.00 for each heart. Write your special message to your students, another student, or staff member and return by February 13th. Additional order forms are available in the office. Thanks for your support in the fight against cancer!

Anderson Elementary Winter Carnival
February 9th 5:30-7:30 p.m
Our Winter Carnival is here!!
Come join your friends this Thursday, February 9th from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Anderson Elementary and shake off the winter blahs!! The Winter Carnival is held indoors, so come rain, snow, or shine (O.K. probably not shine, but we can dream!) We will enjoy Carnival games, prizes, 2 bounce houses, a cake walk, tattoos, face painting, dancing and much more!!
Tickets will be sold at the door for 25 cents each/1 ticket per attraction.
We will also have concessions available for sale including hotdogs, nachos, chili, popcorn, beverages, as well as a bake sale.
So be sure to come out and join the fun this Thursday night. We hope to see everyone there!
Also, thank you to all of you who were able to help with donations. Anyone volunteering please arrive by 5:15 p.m. Thanks ~Matt Darnell (810) 875-6020

Anderson Elementary Weekly Literacy Statistics
Brrr! It is getting chillier. As we move into colder weather, please make sure that your child has warm attire every day. All students should have a warm coat, hat, and gloves to wear on the playground. Parents, please talk to your child about the importance of bundling up in cold weather.
